Super Star Ultra outsells everything else combined!

November 14, 2008
- Kirby took over the Media Create sales charts covering November 3 to November 9, selling more units on its own than all other games in the top ten. Meanwhile, the DS managed to do the same in hardware.

In the hareware area, the DSi remained at the top of the hardware pack in its second week, with 104,897 units. This can basically be considered a sellout. Prior to the system's release, Nintendo had said that it would be shipping 100,000 units in a shipment following launch day.

DSLite, counted separately by Media Create, contributed 8,381 additional units to the DS's total.

PSP maintained the momentum of its PSP-3000 redesign, selling 43,726 units. The Wii stayed in its usual 24,726 range.

At the bottom of the active sellers pack was the PS3 at 18,354 units and the Xbox 360 at 12,759. The 360 figure represents a surge following the release of a Value Pack that combines the 60 gigabyte hard disc version with a couple of games. Next week, 360 numbers could improve even further with the release of Last Remnant, also with its own hardware bundle pack.
